(Jacky) Ke Jiang joined TGC in 2009 as an Animator and Modeler on Journey. After the Journey project, Ke went to work for Disney Feature Animation Studios and Cartoon Network on award-winning movies and cartoons like Frozen, Wreck it Ralph, Paperman, Adventure Time etc. Ke is currently back at thatgamecompany as Art Director on the next project while simultaneously creating weekly animations for timecard.tumblr.com and making daily analog doodles at instagram.com/autokite.
In the past decade Ke completed his degree in Animation at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and at the same time came across Half-Life 2. The brilliance and artistry of the game awoke in his subdued heart a passionate desire to work in the video game industry. After acquiring his BFA at MCAD, Ke continued to pursue his interest in animation and gaming at the California Institute of the Arts, where he earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Experimental Animation. Ke believes strongly in video games as a distinct art form with the capacity to engage its audience like no other.
